This agreement confirms that as a sponsor, vendor, or booth participant of the Bikers for Ronald McDonald House Charities at the above selected sponsorship level. This event takes place under the direction of Riders 4 Children Board of Directors and committee comprised of local community leaders, professionals and motorcycle enthusiasts.

Riders 4 Children is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization EIN 86-3617643; focused on providing education, awareness, and funds that help exempt organizations who focus on the needs of children. We hold an annual motorcycle ride/event and attend other fundraising events to raise awareness and raise funds. Those funds help provide support for children facing unforeseen illness and their families who are in need of shelter and resources to keep them close to their child receiving the care required.

Release of Liability for Sponsors and Vendor/Booth Attendees

I hereby release and hold harmless Riders 4 Children and all their members, Pikes Peak Harley Davidson and all their staff, in addition to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Colorado from any and all claims for negligence, causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from my participation, before, during, or after the Riders 4 Children ride and/or all event activities.

I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairments that may affect my safety or the safety of the group. I certify that I am not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other drug that may impair my understanding or judgment and I will not participate while under the influence of same during the Riders 4 Children ride and event activities.

I consent and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs and/or video that could be taken of me this day for any purpose, without compensation to me or my assignees. All images, digital files, and videos are owned by the Riders 4 Children, who reserves the right to use those images, digital files, and/or videos for online or printed publications at their discretion.

By completing and signing this document, I hereby report that I am 18 years of age or older and have read, understood, and acknowledge the above terms of this waiver and consent to use of my electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper.
