I understand the following:

● Deposits are due at time of registration. Deposits are non-refundable.

● Voucher payments will be invoiced separately.
● There is a $75 annual registration fee.
● I understand the weekly balance is due 10 days prior to the week your child is attending. For example, the remaining balance for Week # 1 is due on
June 12th, 2026.
● If payment is NOT received on time, your child will be removed from the program and replaced by a child on the waitlist.
● Registration changes must be done in writing via email or letter. We require 2 weeks written notice.
● Without 2 weeks written notice, you will be responsible for the full week's summer program payment.

● There will be no schedule changes accepted after May 29th, 2026 through the first week of Summer Program 6/26/26.

● Each family will be granted (1) change to registered days without the change of schedule fee being assessed. All changes made after the (1) allotted will be a charge of $20/change/child.
● There will be no refunds, credits or pro-rating for missed days.

If a day you are looking to register for is full, please email discovery@bgcmetrowest.org to be added to the waitlist for that day.
