RULES & REGULATIONS APPLICATION INFORMATION
Please read through all the items listed below carefully. Applicants MUST initial, sign and date at the end and agree to ALL in order to be considered for the Palisade Peach Festival.
Booth space - allotment and placement: I understand that:
The 2025 Palisade Peach Festival WILL BE A "Juried Festival" and space is limited. Vendor selection for the Palisade Peach Festival is a juried process. Priority will be given to vendors who are (1) current Palisade Chamber of Commerce members in good standing and (2) those whose products align with the spirit of the festival by incorporating a peach theme. While we welcome a diverse range of vendors, we encourage applicants to showcase creative, peach-inspired offerings that celebrate our region’s agricultural heritage. If I am not accepted, my fees will be returned to me in full. Booth space is reserved for retail sales only. Informational booths area available to Sponsors of The Festival only. Booth space is granted on a first come, first served basis, as is electricity. I may request a specific location, however the space I request cannot be guaranteed and last year's space will not be automatically granted. All assigned vendor spaces are final and cannot be changed. WE WILL NOT SWITCH VENDORS AROUND!
All sales items require pre-approval and I understand that I may only sell items that have been pre-approved by the Palisade Chamber of Commerce and if not, my booth may be shut down, vendor booth space fee will NOT be refunded, and I may lose the privilege of participating in future Palisade Chamber of Commerce sponsored events.
Electrical access: I understand that electricity is limited. I only get ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET that cannot be used unless paid for prior to the event. I understand that even though | have paid for electricity it is on a first come, first served basis. I understand that I am responsible for providing my own HEAVY DUTY electrical cord of at least 100 ft.
Sales tax - State of Colorado: I understand that I am responsible for paying all applicable taxes to the State of Colorado and that the Palisade Chamber of Commerce will provide the State of Colorado with a list of all vendors registered to participate in Peach Festival 2025. I will have my Special Event Sales Tax license with me at the festival.
Booth info, decorations, shade awnings, "guy wires" & trailer tongues: I understand that decorating my booth is encouraged and that my decorations, shade awnings, "guy wires," and trailer tongues may only extend no more than one (1) foot beyond my assigned space. Booth set up is Friday, August 16 beginning at 8:30 AM and completed by 2:00 PM. I understand I am allowed 30 minutes of unloading time and no vehicles are allowed on the grass after 2:00 PM. Failure to check in by 1:00 PM on Friday may result in loss of booth space unless prior notice with staff has been cleared. PLEASE BE AWARE OF TRAFFIC CONDITIONS AND ARRIVE ON TIME.
Booth photos: I have submitted photos of my booth with my application.
Photo Release: I agree to waive any/all rights to any photos or images taken of me and my booth during the 2025 Peach Festival. I understand that the Palisade Chamber of Commerce may use these photos for promotional purposes.
Wristbands/Parking: I understand I will receive 5 wrist bands and all workers in my booth will be wrist banded prior to arriving at the festival. (Additional VENDOR wristbands - $5 before festival). They will not be admitted into the park without a band. BANDS PURCHASED AT THE FESTIVAL ARE $20.00 EACH (order now for only $5.00 each). I understand I will recieve 1 parking pass. (ONE additional parking pass is permitted - $20 before festival). THERE WILL BE NO PURCHASE OF PARKING PASSES AT THE FESTIVAL. 1 parking spot per vendor permitted in designated vendor parking. All other parking is to be in overflow vendor lot on North West end of attendee parking lot or at designated offsite lots within the Town of Palisade. Free shuttle service provided from auxiliary festival parking lots.
Pets: I understand NO PETS are allowed on festival grounds unless they are a registered service animal.
Alcohol, tobacco products or paraphernalia, and laser lights: I understand that under no circumstances are the following items to be sold at the 2025 Palisade Peach Festival: alcohol, tobacco products or paraphernalia, or laser lights. NO SMOKING ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
Refunds: I understand that I will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, for canceling before May 1, 2025, and after that date there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Electrical Access:
I understand that electricity is limited and that I am entitled to ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET, which cannot be used unless it has been paid for prior to the event. I acknowledge that, even with payment, electrical access is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. I am responsible for bringing my own HEAVY-DUTY electrical cord of at least 100 feet and any necessary adaptors. If I am unsure about the correct adaptors, I will contact the festival coordinators (KOSI Events) to confirm. Furthermore I understand the Palisade Peach Festival is not liable for any power outages and strongly encourages me to bring my own backup power source.
Deposit Fee:
A refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your participation in the festival. This deposit ensures compliance with event policies and proper booth cleanup. The deposit will be returned after the festival concludes and upon verification that all requirements have been met. Refunds will be processed on August 25th, 2025.
Payment: I will submit my payment in full at time of application via square using JotForm (the online vendor application).
I hereby apply for booth rental at the 2025 Palisade Peach Festival. I have read this packet in its entirety and understand all provisions. I understand and comply with the conditions set forth and agree to the rules and regulations of the 2025 Palisade Peach Festival and the codes and laws of the Town of Palisade. I understand I will be immediately removed from the Peach Festival without a refund if I violate any rules or regulations. I release and hold harmless the Palisade Chamber of Commerce, the 2025 Palisade Peach Festival, the Town of Palisade and associated entities from all liability including, but not limited to, theft, personal injury, death to persons, or damage to property resulting from acts or omissions by any vendor, its agents or employees, and natural disaster. I understand that this application does not guarantee a space at the Festival and that my money will be refunded if not selected. I understand that acceptance to the festival does not guarantee minimum sales.
