Your signature indicates that you have read and agree to the "Waiver of Liability" (below) and the "Rules and Regulations" as provided by Your Hometown Charities, Inc. and the KCBS and SBC in cook information packets and online. Event will be held rain or shine. Entry fees are non-refundable. One portable fire extinguisher with a rating of not less than 2-A: 10-B; C required if any type of ignition source is present at your cook site. Your Hometown Charities, Inc. reserves the right to reject any applications.
APPLICATION AGREEMENT: BY RETURNING THE COOK TEAM APPLICATION FORM, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF YOUR HOMETOWN CHARITIES, INC. AND THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF WAYCROSS, and rules, guidelines and laws established by Ware County, Georgia, the Kansas City Barbeque Society, and the Southeast BBQ Championship.
WAIVER of LIABILITY: Inconsideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Your Hometown Charities, Inc., The Kansas City Barbeque Society, the Southeast BBQ Championship, and the Exchange Club of Waycross and their agents, sponsors, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me at this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Your Hometown Charities, Inc. and their agents, sponsors, successors and assigns to use my photographs, name, likeness, recording, videotapes or any other record of this event for the legitimate purpose.
