Synergy's Sips + Psychics Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor/Service Provider for our biggest event! This is the application for July 19th event. We're looking for Mystical Readers/Services, Relevant Shopping Retail Merchants, and Drink Vendors! Returning Readers: PLEASE fill out complete form w/service and bio details this time w/any updates! This event will take place OUTDOORS (rain/shine), and in the EVENING (4-8pm), at the Edgebrook Shopping Center- which Synergy is located within. Vendor Fee is $100 per Event, regardless of what type of spot you occupy. The earlier we're able to collect fees, the sooner we can push paid advertising! We appreciate your prompt payments following the acceptance email. **Please Note: MLM brands/representatives or will not be considered.**
