This 7-week online offering will use Ruth Haley Barton's book Strengthening the Soul of Your Leadership: Seeking God in the Crucible of Ministry as our guide to learning to let God nourish us so that we can nourish others and lead from that place of spiritual abundance.

Leader: Donell L. Seager, Spiritual Director & Supervisor

Donell is a trained spiritual director and supervisor and has completed the coursework for certification in spiritual formation through Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and is the Director of Spiritual Formation and Worship for Center for Sacred Space, a nonprofit founded to provide and create safe, sacred space to empower all people to live a contemplative way of life bringing peace, healing, wholeness, freedom, and justice to their lives and communities. She especially encounters the Holy through her husband, their children and grandchildren, nature and tending her gardens, at the beach, paddleboarding, and through her ministry of spiritual direction and spiritual formation, which includes facilitating small groups, teaching, and leading retreats.

We will be using Ruth Haley Barton's book, Strengthening the Soul of Your Leadership: Seeking God in the Crucible of Ministry, which you can purchase here. Please be sure to purchase as soon as possible.

If paying by check, please consider paying a donation of $20.00 or more to suppport the Center for Sacred Space in its mission and its programs.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the event, a refund of the event cost minus a $50 admin fee will be refunded. If a cancellation request is received between 30 days and 14 days prior to the event, 50% of the program cost will be refunded. If the cancellation request is received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event, none of the cost will be refunded.
