Clicking the Submit button emails the Event Request form to all Las Vegas - MG Fremont Chapter executive board members. If a vote is required for approval this will be added to the next executive board meeting agenda.

IF THE REQUESTED EVENT is scheduled to occur within the next five (5) days and it requires the executive board's approval, UPON receipt of this request form, please email your Approval or Denial vote to the members of the executive board.

If the event is doesn't require approval, or is approved, it will be added to the Chapter calendar using the Add To Chapter Calendar form by the Chapter President or the VP General Activities.
