Persons other than property owner or property manager authorized to have vehicles removed from your property:

The above-named company or private property owner hereby enters into an agreement with the authorized EDGEWATER GARAGE INC. to remove vehicles from the above-mentioned property.

The only persons authorized to have vehicles removed are persons whose names appear on this agreement. The property owner or managers are responsible to notify EDGEWATER GARAGE, INC. by certified mail of any deleted agents.

Either party must give thirty (30) days written notice cancellation by certified mail before this contract can be cancelled.

PRIVATE PROPERTY TOW OWNER CONSENT FORM

I am the owner/Agent/Lessor of the property listed below. I authorize Edgewater Garage Inc./Edgewater Towing to gain entry & have access to the below described property in order to move, remove, and or gain access to a motor vehicle/vessel as described below. As property owner/agent/lessor, I hereby agree to hold said Towing-Storage company harmless from loss of damage or expense of repairs from any claim of damages to said property caused by/or growing out of such removal. IF YOU NEED MORE THAN TWO CALLERS YOU WILL NEED TO FILL UP SUBSEQUENT HALF SHEETS FOR US TO KEEP IN THE OFFICE. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY AUTHORIZED PEOPLE YOU WILL HAVE AN WE WILL SEND OVER THE OTHER SHEETS.
