Room Rental Request Form
Mountain's Edge Master Association facilities are available for meetings, luncheons, social events, parties, weddings, receptions, and other standard celebrations. Facilities may not be used for worship services or political rallies. Additionally, no retail or commercial sales are allowed. Use of the facilities may be restricted at the Mountain's Edge Board of Director's discretion for delinquent association dues, violations of association rules, or deliberate abuse of the facilities.

Insurance
Renter must provide a certificate of insurance, naming Mountain's Edge Master Association as "Also Insured" or "Additionally Insured," in an amount of not less than $1 million liability coverage.

If alcohol is served, the insurance obtained by the homeowners must also contain liquor liability coverage as detailed in the Room Rental Information sheet linked here.
