I understand and acknowledge that my vehicle and any personal property contained therein may sustain damage during the process of winching, towing, recovery, transport, unlocking, jump starting, tire service, storage, or while left on unattended premises. I recognize the inherent risks involved in these services and agree that Edgewater Garage Inc., DBA Edgewater Towing & Recovery, shall not be held liable for damage to the vehicle or its contents, provided reasonable care is exercised. I acknowledge that my vehicle may have pre-existing damage, including but not limited to body damage, mechanical issues, suspension damage, alignment issues, or structural weaknesses, and that such conditions may worsen during normal towing or recovery operations. I agree that Edgewater Garage Inc., DBA Edgewater Towing & Recovery shall not be responsible for the progression or aggravation of any pre- existing damage.

I further understand and agree that Edgewater Garage Inc., DBA Edgewater Towing & Recovery shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service, including while the vehicle is in storage.

Additionally, I acknowledge that recovery and towing operations may require access across or contact with surrounding real or personal property, including but not limited to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, landscaping, yards, fences, curbing, garages, and homes. I agree to release and hold harmless Edgewater Garage Inc., DBA Edgewater Towing & Recovery from liability for incidental or unavoidable damage to such property when reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

I certify that I am the lawful owner of the vehicle described, or am otherwise legally authorized to requestservice and take possession of the vehicle and all personal property contained within. I acknowledge that I have received the vehicle and any personal property in satisfactory condition.
