  • The Leslieville Farmers' Market now runs year-round! Vendors can apply for one or multiple seasons, depending on availability.


    Indoor Market Dates:
    Sundays, February 2 – May 4, 2025
    Location: East End Food Hub, 1470 Gerrard St. E, Toronto

    Outdoor Market Dates:
    Sundays, May 11 – October 26, 2025
    Location: Greenwood Park, 150 Greenwood Ave, Toronto

     

    While we aim to provide the best possible service, due to high interest in applications we will only contact applicants under consideration.

    Accepted vendors for the 2025 season will be contacted through email.

    Indoor Market fees will be emailed and must be paid in full 2 weeks after receiving your approval email. No refunds for missed dates.

    Located in Greenwood Park, Toronto.
  • Outdoor Market Equipment

    The Leslieville Farmers' Market does not provide access to electricity. If access to electricity is mandatory for operations, you must arrange a one-on-one meeting with the LFM team. Use of generators at the Leslieville Farmers’ Market is subject to prior approval. Only solar, battery, and whisper generators will be considered for permitted use.

    1. Invoicing Before Season Start: Once you're application and schedule is confirmed by the Market team, you will receive your season invoice. This invoice will include detailed payment options, corresponding to your preferred payment method as indicated in your application below.

    2. Payment Requirements: We expect all vendors to pay their fees on time and in full as per the invoice. Any outstanding debts must be settled before the commencement of the next season to secure your participation.

    It's important to follow these guidelines for a streamlined invoicing and payment process.

  • SEASON VENDOR FEE DEPOSITS

    Please be advised, all vendors must submit their season vendor fee deposit two weeks after their approval email to secure their spot for the Leslieville Farmers’ Market 2025 season. Specific dates will be in your approval email. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in your spot being offered to a vendor on our waiting list. 
  • Outdoor Market Schedule

    1. Scheduling Information: This is the stage in the application process where you should specify any known absence dates.

      • Full-Time Vendors: You may request up to two absences/holidays during the market season.
      • Biweekly Vendors: Please indicate your preferred rotation schedule. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

    2. Impact of Unlisted Absences: Only the absences you specify now will be considered for fee adjustments. If you do not list an absence at this stage, you will be invoiced for the full duration of your season membership commitment.
