Minors under the age of 18 are REQUIRED to wear helmets with full face protection for participation in Ball Hockey or Lacrosse activities/rentals.

Clean, dry shoes are REQUIRED at all time to go onto the floor.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is permitted on the premise – including the changeoroms, rink area and parking lot.

Player Hold Harmless Release

By clicking “I agree”, I, attest that I am 18 years of age and expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all risks existing with the activities operated by/at Royal City Ball Hockey Club Limited (the “Club”). My participation in the activities at the Club is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks associated with such activities. I understand I have the right to withdraw from any activity or situation I feel uncomfortable with. I now freely accept and assume full responsibility for all risks to me in connection with my participation in activities at the Club.

I confirm that I will self-screen prior to coming to the Club and will stay home if I feel ill.

I waive all legal rights to bring any and all claims I or my successor may have against the Club and/or the renter with any loss, injury, damage or expense of any kind that I may in any way suffer, incur or experience as a result of or in connection with my participation. I hereby release the Club and/or the renter and their supervisors, officials, sponsors, organizers and corporate owners of the premises from any and all liability for any complaints, demands, claims, actions, suits, judgments and orders for any and all losses, injuries, sickness related to Covid-19, damages or expenses I may suffer, incur or experience in connection with my participation. I agree to indemnify the Club and/or the renter for and hold it harmless from any and all losses, injuries, damages and expenses of any kind that the Club and/or the renter may suffer, incur or experience and for any and all complaints, demands, claims, actions, suits, judgments and orders for any and all losses, injuries, sickness related to Covid-19, damages or expenses of any kind anyone else may suffer, incur or experience in connection with my participation.
