Pine Street between 4th and 3rd Avenues
Ellensburg, Washington (Outdoor Market)

VENDOR FEES

$50 per 10x10 booth, per market
$5 City of Ellensburg Business License endorsement fee if you do not have a City of Ellensburg license endorsement. Click here for details about licenses and endorsements.
Due to the ever-growing costs involved in running these events, there are no refunds once your invoice is paid. Our costs are incurred regardless of whether or not you attend the market, and thus the reason for this policy.

BOOTH SIZE:

10ft x 10ft (fits within an ourdoor parking space). Some 10x20 spaces may be admitted, and vendors will be charged for two spaces ($100/market)
Vendors are responsible for their own booth displays (tables, chairs, racks, tents, tent weights, POS etc.)
There are no power outlets available at the Summer Night Market

VENDOR NOTES:

The Ellensburg Night Market receives more vendor applications than it can accommodate at each market. Applicants are reviewed and selected by a market committee, with the goal of ensuring a variety of high-quality goods for patrons.
The Ellensburg Night Market does not except multi-level marketing businesses or alcohol vendors.

When renting or purchasing a tent for commercial use the Office of the Fire Marshal requires that the tent or canopy be compliant to NFPA 701. This national standard determines a material’s flame resistance. Before purchasing or renting inquire with the retailer or manufacturer if the tent or canopy is compliant with NFPA 701. We will inspect tents on market dates, and any that are not NFPA 701 will be required to come down.

VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT: All vendors at the Ellensburg Night Market are expected to be courteous and respectful with customers, event volunteers and staff, city partners, and other market partners. Vendors must never discriminate against any individual on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other classification protected by applicable law. Harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, and will result in removal from current and future Ellensburg Night Markets.

VENDOR LOAD IN/LOAD OUT ATTESTATION: All vendors will adhere to the load-in and load-out times outlined by the Ellensburg Night Market staff. I agree to not load in before the scheduled load-in time, and I agree to not load out before the scheduled load-out time. Vendors who do not adhere will not be welcomed back to future markets.
