2026 FORD'S Ramos Gin Fizz Off

Think you've got the skills to pull off the HIGHEST Ramos in NJ?
Rules

***ALL INGREDIENTS, TOOLS, GLASSWARE will be provided. This compeition is about technique and HEIGHT rather than "making your own riff" on the Ramos***

1) 2 bartenders go at the same time

2) 8 minutesmax to execute drink. DQ for going over time.

3) Classic Ramos specs

Ingredients

2 ounces Fords gin (required)
3/4 ounce simple syrup.
1/2 ounce heavy cream.
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed.
3 dashes orange flower water.
1 fresh egg white.
Club soda, chilled, to top.

4) One glass, one build, no redos. Must be drinkable

5) Time stops when the drink is placed down to be measured

6) Highest point measured will be recorded

7) Top 3 TALLEST Ramos Fizz from each local competition will move on to compete in the NJ FINALS on March 3rd, 2026 @ Hudson House, Jersey City
