Terms of Service

• If you fill out this form I will assume you read all my Terms and agree.
• If your commission is NSFW, you agree that you are 18+ and subject to being asked for ID verification.
• All prices are in USD, Currently accepting Paypal, Square and Ko-Fi
• I do not accept crypto, working with NFT or for my art to be scraped with AI.
• I reserve the right to reject a commission as well as the right to disclose why
• Work starts when AT LEAST half of the total payment is processed, full resolution images will be sent once full payment is finalized
• Refunds will not be issued once work has started. Fraudulent chargebacks will revoke all rights and ownership of piece, whether or not completed, and other artists will be warned, publicly.
• Let me know if you need time to work on the commissions. If I don't hear from you after a 3rd attempt, I will give the slot to someone else.
• To let me know you read all this, send me the word Serendipity.
• Prices may change based on complexity, and rushed commissions will have an upcharge of 50% at my discretion.
• Revisions are free during the outline and sketch process, but revisions requiring more work, redrawing and too many changes may be charged.
• You can share the art online with credit once the work is done, paid for, and I have posted them as well. I will send a watermarked and Glazed copy for sharing.
• You're not allowed to profit off of my work unless agreed on in a separate written agreement.
• Artwork made for my pages will be Glazed/run through Nightshade to apply anti-AI protection, a copy of this protected, watermarked piece will be sent to you, except for animations that currently cannot be Glazed yet.
