In this next section, we are asking you to write an essay. We understand that everyone does not write like Maya Angelou & that is not what we are looking for here. Do not let this section keep you from completing this application! We care about the information that you provide to us, not how well you write it. Provide us with some narrative about your business or business idea, because writing it out will be the best way for you to tell us about it. We won't be judging this essay based on HOW it is written. We are most interested in WHAT you have written. The essay must be a minimum of 300 words in length and no longer than 600 words in length.

Regular sessions will begin in March 2025 and will run through December 2025. They will consist of two (2) sessions per month, one will occur on a Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and one will occur on a Saturday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Sessions will be held in the Community Room of the Erie Center for Arts & Technology (ECAT), located at 650 East Avenue, Erie, PA 16504.
