This signed contract is valid for all boarding stays from date of signature until December 31st, 2025
Boarding Instructions
Your dog should be dropped off at the agreed upon time to 25205 Woodfield School Road in Gaithersburg, MD 20882. Out of respect for the resident dogs, please do not bring your dog out of the car and up to the front door upon arrival. Instead, please text Alyse at 410-505-4196 to let her know you've arrived and she will come out and bring your dog into the house. If you are arriving early or late, please be sure to text Alyse to let her know as soon as possible, and she will do her best to accommodate you.
During their stay, your dog will need:
- A harness and/or buckle collar
- Food and medications necessary for the length of their stay
- Any gear your dog may need according to the weather (coat, rain jacket, etc)
Dogs will receive our treats unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure we are aware of any allergies or food intolerances and have alternative treats if needed. Throughout the day, your dog will go on hikes, field trips, or play sessions as appropriate for their temperament and training goals.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Upon receipt of policy agreement and invoice, the policy agreement and 25% nonrefundable deposit must be rendered in order to secure the boarding spot. The remaining balance is due on the dog's first date of stay prior to drop off.
Requests to shorten the length of stay can be made up to 72 hours before the first night of the stay. Adjustments will not impact the nonrefundable deposit originally charged but the outstanding balance will be adjusted. Requests made at 72 hours or less before a scheduled stay may be subject to a charge of the full service rate.
The client is welcome to pick up their dog earlier than planned, however, once a stay has begun, no refunds will be provided for client cancellation prior to completion of services, and the client maintains responsibility to complete payment plans in place, so long as Hungry Dog Training, LLC is in a position to provide training services.
Requests to lengthen the stay may be honored based on trainer availability. Deposit will not be increased, and the full cost of additional dates will be invoiced separately or added to the outstanding balance.
Liability Agreement:
I understand that by agreeing to a payment plan I have committed to the full length of the training program as stated above. I understand that I am responsible for making payments timely and in full at the start of services, regardless of whether I choose to complete the training program. If any payments are not timely made, Hungry Dog Training, LLC is not obligated to provide further services.
Hungry Dog Training, LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of the dogs in their care, and will only offer sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that Hungry Dog Training, LLC is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Hungry Dog Training, LLC will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance.
I have been told by Hungry Dog Training, LLC and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others. I represent and warrant that I have provided Hungry Dog Training, LLC with full and complete, accurate information regarding any bite history and similar incidents or hazardous tendencies of my dog, and that I will update that information if it changes.
I understand that I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, andI hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Hungry Dog Training, LLC of any and all claims, whether made by myself or any third party, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog.
I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.
I authorize Alyse Mineroff and Hungry Dog Training, LLC to take my dog into public spaces during his/her stay. Dependent upon training goals and scheduling, this may include travel by car across state lines in order to provide appropriate training experiences and novel exposure, including but not limited to public parks, public pet-friendly locations, private dwellings, trial and competition environments, training clubs, and group training classes or outings.
