Judge Requirement: Each team is required to supply a judge who must register by January 25 or a $100 fee is assessed per tournament. Your judge will not be able to see the team’s performance so that we may provide consistent judging throughout the day. The fee for a late judge registration will increase $25 for each week they do not complete their registration on time up to an additional $100. We can assure you we do not want to assess fees, but we need to be fair to those teams whose judge register on time and we need to move forward with our scheduling. *
Tournament Registration Fee: The tournament fee covers both the regional and the state tournaments, should your team advance. Division I - III teams = $75; Primary teams = $50; Additional $50 fee if any coaches did not attend a classroom coaches training. Payment is due by January 20th.*
Volunteer Requirement: Each team is required to supply a volunteer who must register by January 25 or a $50 fee is assessed per tournament. Your volunteer will be scheduled around their child(ren)'s performance(s). The fee for a late volunteer volunteer registration will increase $25 for each week they do not complete their registration on time up to an additional $100. We can assure you we do not want to assess fees, but we need to be fair to those teams whose volunteer register on time and we need to move forward with our scheduling. *
Judge/Volunteer Information: The name and contact information for your judge and volunteer must be included and be accurate on your tournament registration to ensure proper notification to your judge and volunteer for training and assignment. If you enter an inaccurate or fictitious email address, your volunteer or judge will not receive the email with the link to complete their registration.*
State Judge/Volunteer: Your judge and volunteer must continue with you if your team advances to the state tournament on April 5th. If your team will have a different judge and/or volunteer for the state tournament, you will need to include their information on your team registration. *
