Yoga classes are not considered therapy or support groups and do not replace mental health services.
Acknowledgment of Risks:
I understand that participating in yoga involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the location or equipment.
Assumption of Risk:
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in yoga classes offered by the OCD and Anxiety Center of Minnesota, whether conducted in person or virtually.
Agreement to Engage Within Physical Limitations:
I agree to listen to my body, engage only within my physical limitations, and practice at a level that feels comfortable and safe for me. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate any discomfort or concerns during class.
Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release and discharge the OCD and Anxiety Center of Minnesota, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise out of my participation in yoga classes.
Ongoing Validity:
This waiver is valid for all yoga classes I attend at the OCD and Anxiety Center of Minnesota, in person or virtually, until I notify the organization in writing of my intent to withdraw.
Legal Jurisdiction:
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

I have read this document in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions.
