Hey! Sweet Baphomet, aka Stephanie here. Thanks for wanting a tattoo from me! I can’t wait to explore your ideas with you and make them beautiful fixtures on your body. I work out of Black Serpents weho located on the infamous Melrose strip in Los Angeles CA. This request form is for the rest of may-end of July

All tattoos appointments require a 50 dollar deposit. If you are getting a custom piece the 50 will go towards the drawing fee. This does not count towards the tattoo. The deposit is non refundable, if you cancel your appointment within 72 hours the deposit can be used toward a new date.
Custom design: please describe in as much detail as possible the idea you have in mind. I am prioritizing larger pieces( nothing smaller than palm size)

These images can be of previous tattoos I’ve done, other people’s tattoos, photos, ancient art, your own drawings etc. however if you send me something not in my style or photos from life I will assume you want it in my style.

Due to the high volume of appointments I will present the design to you day of, please do not ask for sketches beforehand, every once in a while, depending on the complexity of the piece I will send a composition sketch to make sure we are on the same page. Other than that we can make adjustments day of, however if the adjustments are extreme and require a redraw we may have to reschedule you.
I work Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays typically. During the summer my time will be sporadic so other days might work depending on the week. Please list the best day/s that work for you.
