    Please note that a nonrefundable $25 research and planning fee is required for most clients before quotes and itinerary planning begin. This fee helps cover the time and care put into researching destinations, comparing options, and creating customized travel recommendations. Research fees are waived for many veterans and active-duty military members whenever possible as a thank-you for their service.

    I acknowledge that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand a $25 (USD) Retainer Fee will be collected after our initial consult before any work on quotes begin. I understand that my deposit, if the trip is booked, is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated). If I decide to cancel my booking prior to the departure date, cancellation penalties may apply depending on the cancel date. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. If my balance is left unpaid, my booking will be canceled and will be non-refundable.

    *If travel insurance is purchased, it may cover any non-refundable fees depending on the Coverage and Cancellation Policy, minus the cost of travel insurance. For this reason, purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.
