The Creative Arts Center in Chatham, Massachusetts, is excited to announce its 54th Festival of the Arts, to be held August 15, 16 & 17, 2025. This juried, high-quality festival showcases and celebrates the work of 120 fine artisans and craftsmen presenting their original and handcrafted artwork, jewelry, fabric, pottery, fashion, wood, glass, metalwork and so much more.
This festival has been called a ‘rite of summer’ by the Cape Cod Chronicle and is the premier summer arts and crafts event on Cape Cod. Held at Chase Park, just a short stroll from beautiful downtown Chatham, the festival draws approximately 10,000 collectors and attendees from throughout Cape Cod -- and well beyond. In addition to showcasing high-end arts and crafts, the family-friendly festival features a children’s arts and crafts tent, shuttle bus service and food trucks to accommodate the large number of guests. The festival is supported by a strong online, print and social media presence that builds upon our long history of successful events to reach our target audience, as well as promotional banners lining Main Street to publicize the festival and draw the crowds.
We invite you to apply to exhibit at the 2025 Festival of the Arts in Chatham. As always, all exhibitors will be juried for acceptance to ensure that The Festival of the Arts continues with the highest-quality work for which it is renowned. Enclosed is an application, along with additional details.
Application submitted for consideration must be submitted by April 1, 2025.

DATES: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – August 15, 16 & 17, 2025
TIME: 10am to 5pm daily.
FEES: Each space is $450 plus a $20 (non-refundable) application fee. $470 for one space, $920 for two spaces
DUE DATE: All applications must be submitted by April 1, 2025.

JURY: Artists, please submit 5 images of your original works plus your booth shot via email. If two exhibitors wish to share a booth, both parties must be juried & accepted. The jurying will be completed by April 15th and applicants notified via email from festival@capecodcreativearts.org
SPACES: Each artist will have a 10’ x 10’ space available for your booth. You may purchase multiple spaces. You are responsible for supplying your own tent and displays. The artist must be present at the festival. Returning artists-please indicate on the application form under ‘requests’ if you would like to be in the same space as 2024. We will do our best to accommodate you. The booth numbers may change from year to year.
QUALITY: Works must be original and handcrafted by the artist. Reproductions may accompany your original work but must be clearly marked as such. Items displayed must reflect the images entered on your original application.
AWARDS: We will award a total of $2,000 in cash prizes and ribbons to Exhibitors for best craftmanship. Prizes include: One Gold - $500, Three Silver - $300 each and Three Bronze - $200 each.
SECURITY: We provide security services contracted through the Chatham Police Department continuously from setup on Thursday through the closing on Sunday. This includes overnight monitoring of the park. The Creative Arts Center assumes no responsibility for your artwork, booth, equipment or displays at any point during the Festival. The Town of Chatham prohibits camping in public places, therefore no one will be allowed to stay overnight in Chase Park.
CHECK IN: Please check in at the entrance to the Park on Cross Street, Thursday 2pm-7pm or Friday 7am-9am. Those who have checked in prior to 7pm will be allowed to stay until completed. Those arriving after 7pm will need to set up beginning Friday at 7am. At the check in point, you will receive a parking pass, along with your booth numbers, park map and program. There may be set up prior to 2pm but not guaranteed.
SET UP & PARKING: You may setup only after checking in during posted times. Please drop off your setup as quickly as possible and park your vehicle as directed by the police officers.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds after June 15, 2025. Requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked by June 15, 2025. All refunds subject to a $50 processing fee.
COMPLIANCE: The Creative Arts Center reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to make changes to their booth or leave the Festival for non-compliance with the above.
