4. No Compensation: You understand that participation in the podcast does not entitle you to any financial compensation.
5. Content Disclaimer: The What Cho Mean Podcast reserves the right to decline to use any submission that it deems inappropriate or not in line with the podcast’s values.
Identity Agreement:
By submitting your story, you also affirm that:
-You are at least 18 years old.
-You have read and understood this disclaimer and agreement.
-You are legally permitted to submit the story and agree to all terms outlined above.
Indemnity Agreement:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Podcast Name], its hosts, producers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your submission of the story, including but not limited to any allegations of copyright infringement, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
