This is solely an application for premier training Spring program, NOT an official sign up. Premier training will be placing players into groups and days according to the information you provide us below. We will be structuring the groups ourselves based on what we know of players age and skill level. Final groups, days, and times will be sent out Feb 17th. Please fill out form for one player and another if registering a second player.

There is no option below to choose your preferred day/time like in previous applications. Premier Training will be forming groups strictly on skill level to make trainings as competetive as possible.

Once applied and sorted into a group, we will communicate with you the day and time.

You will be given two practice days. You are able to attend either of them or both for the price of one! You will be invoiced before the program starts and every four weeks after. 3 payments of $240 (ages 11 and up for 1.5 hour sessions) / 3 payments of $160 (8-10 year olds for 1 hour sessions)*

I am aware that if player is chosen to participate in Spring program, then they are committed to attending and paying for the full during of the program. Exceptions being serious illness, season long injury, etc.*
