TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1.  I understand that ONLY those that order the Package One MAY receive photos while in Vegas, schedule permitting.  First ordered & paid, first sent.

2.  I uderstand that normal delivery time for photos is approximately 6-8 weeks after the completion of the final competition.  You will receive an an e-mail via wetransfer.  The link will be active for 30 days.  After the link expires, fees to send the photos/link again begin at $50.00.  Delivery time may vary due to unforseen circumstances.

3. Any photos sent during pageant week will be suitable for social media purposes.  Duplicates of those photos at a higher resolution will be sent later with the completion of the order. 

4. We reserve the right to choose photos included/exluded in packages.

5.  I understand that, due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
