BEGINNING JANUARY 15, 2025:
Engage the Brain Scholarship Families,
We are excited to allow all state scholarship (FES-UA, PEP, and New World's) recipients to receive direct billing for services through Engage the Brain. For you to participate, all families must follow these specific guidelines:
1. Service Orders must be put in to your child's account prior to sessions occurring. Start doing this now.
You must initiate finding us (the provider) in the EMA system and reserving services. To understand how to do this, follow the directions in this VIDEO. Engage the Brain is listed as “Engage the Brain.”
It is recommended that you reserve multiple sessions (such as a 5-hour pack or multiple 5-hour packs) so that sessions can continue without disruption. We have no way of reminding you or letting you know when funds are depleted. It is your responsiblity to make sure funds are available before time of service. Families without reservations will be privately charged on their credit card. Engage the Brain will provide you with a super bill that you can use to submit for reimbursement.
2. All families must provide a valid form of payment, such as a credit card (valid for at least 6 months) that will be kept on file in case funds are unavailable.
Important: If your form of payment (credit card) on file fails more than two times (including locked or closed accounts), we will charge an additional $50 administrative fee and sessions will be canceled until resolution.
Please note that all charges to credit cards are final payments.

This policy goes into effect January 15, 2025.
Billing Timeline: One-on-one Sessions, such as Part-Time Tutoring or Therapy, will be billed WEEKLY. We no longer will be billing monthly (unless you are part of NPLG tuition).
