To qualify;
Monthly, you must commit to a total of 15-20 days of regional/OTR work; as you wish: straight streak or 2 weeks out/3-4 days at home.
OTR stands for over-the-road trucking, also known as long-haul trucking. These are the folks who run coast to coast.
The truck must have cab lighting as required by the DOT's regulation 393.9 the cab lighting is required for all trucks being used as a CMV.
1-2 ton dually (RAM 3500/4500/5500, Ford F-350/450/550, etc).
CDL Class A with (2 Years of holding CDL)
NON-CDL Hotshot Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Clean MVR (No major violations in the last 3 years
- Truck Type: 1-Ton Dually or Higher
- Fuel Type: Diesel Only
- Truck Age: 2015 Model Year or Newer
- Mileage: No more than 100,000 miles
- Registered as a Pickup Truck (Must comply with the 65FT rule if so)
- DOT-Compliant & In Good Mechanical Condition
- Trailer Type: Gooseneck Flatbed or Step-Deck
- Length: 35+5 (40FT total) OR 40FT
- Ramps: Monster Ramps or Dovetail (Preferred but not required)
- Trailer must be DOT-compliant and well-maintained
CDL Hotshot Equipment Specifications:
- CDL (Must have CDL for two years)
- The truck must be a Diesel
- The truck must be a 1-ton dually or above
- Trailer: Gooseneck flatbed or step-deck
- 35+5 or 40FT
- Pull out ramps, Monster Ramps/Dovetail (Preferred but not a requirement)
- Must comply with the 65FT Rule if registered as a pickup truck.
- We are only accepting equipment no older than 2015 with no more than 100,000 miles.
Semi Specifications:
- CDL (Must have CDL for two years)
- Trailer Type (open deck, flatbed, step deck, or RGN).

Documents you will need
- Social Security Card
- Personal Truck Insurance (Bobtail)
- Physical liability for truck and trailer insurance
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- MVR ( Must be within 30 days)
- Truck registration must be registered at the combined GVWR
- Voided check for your direct deposit form.
- Twic card (Recommended but not required)
- Weight Capacity of Trailer.
Dimensions (length, width, and height).
Photos of the truck and trailer (showing condition and setup)
MTL Requirements
- Initial drug test and random drug test
- Background Check
- MVR from all states, a license was held
- Clean driving record
- The Truck must be registered at the correct CGVW (combined gross vehicle weight). This is the GVWR of the truck and the trailer together. To find out how to do this,s please call your local DMV or tag agency for more info before you re-register your vehicle if you are unsure.
Do I have to have a TWIC card? Not to start now, but after your first 30 days of employment, you will be required to apply for a TWIC card.
This is an OTR full-time position. We currently do not have any O/O part-time positions.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
We pay per job. Direct deposit weekly. Your earnings will depend on your equipment, driving performance & productivity. Average weekly gross earnings are between $3,500 - 7,500 a week, depending on the driver.
We provide a fleet fuel card
1099 Position
Salary: $2,500 - $7,500 per week
The amount you can make is not guaranteed. How much you can make varies based on market conditions, equipment, tools, driver efficiency, and contractual agreements.
