Place of purchase to be determined by IAPS. Purchases are final: No Refunds, No Cash Value and Non-Transferable. Restrictions may apply due to availability: Limit of 5 tickets Per Purchase; Raffle Limited to 100 Tickets:In the Event ticket/chance sales are less than 100;the raffle Prize will be 50% of respectives sales. Prize winner shall be responsible for all applicable fees, local, state, and federal taxes. IAPS has the right to cancel the Raffle due to any unforeseen event.
Need not be present to win. Prize winner shall be responsible for all applicable fees, local, state, and federal taxes. Prizes may or are subject to federal income tax withholding, if applicable and are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Raffle drawing will take place at our Annual Dinner Dance, scheduled at Russo’s on The Bay, on Saturday March 15, 2025. Raffle sales will begin January 13, 2025 and close as soon as the 100 ticket limit is met, or until our Dinner Dance March 15,2025 whichever occurs first.

This raffle is void where prohibited by law. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
To be eligible to purchase a chance/ticket and win a prize, the person must be at least 18 years old or the age of the majority in the jurisdiction where that person resides, whichever is older. The person must be a resident of the United States.
Each chance costs $200.00 No more than 100 Tickets/Chances will be sold. Chances/tickets will be sold by online debit or credit card transactions or by postal mail entries paid via check. All sales of chances/tickets are final, and no refunds will be made, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of IAPS. All required information must be provided to be eligible to enter and win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void. A chance/ticket issued in exchange for a check returned for insufficient funds or other reason or for a credit/debit card charge that was declined, invalid, stolen, or unauthorized is void and cannot be a winning chance/ticket.
The winner will be notified by if not at the event, by phone (if provided) or email or certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, to the email and/or mailing address provided by the purchaser. winner must accept the prize within ten (10) days after the date the winner receives notice. If a winner cannot be contacted by Phone, certified mail, or email, fails to accept the prize, is disqualified for any reason, the prize is forfeited, and no substitute or alternative prize will be provided to that individual. A forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing to be determined by the Board. All questions relating to the timeliness and adequacy of the acceptance of the prize shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of IAPS.
