    JURIED FINE ART AND CRAFT SHOW ONLINE APPLICATION JULY 18th-20th, 2025
  • Thank you for your interest in the Yarmouth Clam Festival Juried Fine Art and Craft Show.

    Every year the Yarmouth Clam Festival hosts some of the most talented regional and local artists and crafters, with 80-100k visitors walking Main Street over the three days.  Our jury selects applicants based on several criteria points including authenticity of workmanship, originality, and booth presentation. The Clam Festival is produced by the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and helps raise money for over 35 local non-profit organizations, churches, and school groups.   •  2025 Application Process:

    • Application period will close March 14, 2025. Applications received after this date will continue to be juried until the show is full.
    • A non-refundable $35.00 application fee is due with your application.
    • Each and every application will be juried, and previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
    • All applicants will be notified via email of the jury results by April 4, 2025.
    • A booth Fee of $450 will be invoiced electronically if you are sent an acceptance letter. Corner booths will be invoiced an additional $50 upon final vendor placements.
    • Booth spaces must be paid by May 1, 2025. We will not hold any booth spaces not paid for in full by this date.
    • There will be no refunds after May 31, 2025. 

    Samples: 

    • All items displayed and sold must be handcrafted by the vendor.
    • Samples are strongly recommended to provide the jury an understanding of your product and will help the process of selecting vendors that fit our criteria. As our largest category, we strongly recommend all jewelers submit samples.
    • Samples will only be returned by mail if return postage is provided or you arrange a time to pick up at the Chamber office. We kindly ask that you include return postage with your submission to ensure your sample can be returned in a timely manner.
    • If you would like to donate your sample to our Craft Show Raffle Basket, please let us know when you send in your samples.
    • Items that are not picked up by the end of August 2025 will become donated property of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and may be included in fundraising efforts. Should this be the case; your company will be listed as the donor in event material. Thank you! 

     

    2025 Show Dates and Times:

    • Load-in is Thursday, July 17th. Volunteers will be available to assist you unload your vehicle. Exhibitors are assigned a load-in time based on booth location.
    • Vendors must be open the entire show, and can not pack up and leave early.
    • Friday, July 18th, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
    • Saturday, July 19th, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
    • Sunday, July 20st, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (Please note the new end times)

  • Booth Information: 

    • All booth spaces accomodate a 10' x 10' tent. Exhibitors must provide their own tent, including walls and weights.
    • Included in your booth space is:
      • 400 watts electricity (you provide lighting/cords)
      • 1 daytime parking pass
      • Loading & Unloading assistance
      • Listed on Yarmouth Clam Festival website
      • Listed in festival brochure
      • Liability insurance (see Hold Harmless Agreement)
    • Every effort will be made to accommodate booth requests, but placement is not guaranteed.
    • Given the nature of the outdoor show on a school campus, changes to the map, booth number, and layout of the festival may happen at the discretion of the Craft Show Director. 

     2025 Booth Pricing:     

    • $35 non-refundable jury fee is due with this application.
    • $450 for a 10 x 10 booth-  invoiced electronically if you are juried in.
    • $50 additional, per corner – invoiced electronically if you are juried into the show.
    • Corner booths are limited and booth assignments are assigned in consideration of 

    Responsibility and Security: 

    • Security will be on duty all night, beginning Thursday, July 17, 2025.
    • Exhibitors should firmly cover their display in case of wind or rain and close side walls. Be prepared for inclement weather as the Clam Festival continues rain or shine.
    • Trash containers will be placed throughout the show and are collected by our volunteers from the Lacrosse Boosters. Please keep your areas tidy of trash and notify the information booth if there are any issues.
    • By acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce, Yarmouth Clam Festival, Town of Yarmouth and North Yarmouth Academy and its representatives from all liabilities for any damages, injury or loss to any person or goods from any cause.

    Parking:

    • Daily parking for one vehicle and unloading services during load-in and load-out are included in the Booth Fee. Overnight parking is available for $50 for entire weekend, first come first served, payment taken at check-in on July 18th.
    • Parking is under the direction of North Yarmouth Academy staff; you are required to comply with their requests at all times.

  • 2025 YARMOUTH CLAM FESTIVAL HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

    A signed form must be submitted to complete your application
  • By executing this agreement, the undersigned agree(s) for himself, herself, itself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in the Yarmouth Clam Festival, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned, and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the YARMOUTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, the YARMOUTH CLAM FESTIVAL, THE TOWN OF YARMOUTH, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and members of either organization, together with their successors and assigns of and from all debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, dues, sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, doings, omissions, variances, extents, execution and liabilities whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, claims for contribution, exoneration or indemnity, or any other thing whatsoever which might arise from the undersigned participation in the Yarmouth Clam Festival. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the foregoing, and that he/she/they has been advised to consult with an attorney if he/she/they has any questions and further acknowledges that he/she must abide by all the RULES of the Yarmouth Clam Festival Craft Show.

    Rules:

    • ITEMS DISPLAYED & SOLD MUST BE OF ORIGINAL DESIGN & CONCEPT BY ARTISAN.                         
    • Exhibitors are required to keep displays to categories approved, please check one primary catergory to be juried on and any other categories that apply.
    • No exhibitor may use the CLAM FESTIVAL OR FESTIVAL LOGO OR YARMOUTH CHAMBER LOGO without the prior approval of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.
    • Exhibitors will not be allowed to nail, screw or attach anything to columns, trees, doors, etc.
    • All displays must look professional, clean and safe for customers.
    • All trash must be placed in the trash receptacles provided.
    • No alcoholic beverages or drugs will be permitted.
    • Exhibitor DOGS are NOT ALLOWED.
    • Exhibitors must be open during show hours and are required to have lights.
    • Packing up and/or leaving early is prohibited, no refunds given to exhibitors requesting to leave early.
    • The Clam Festival Committee reserves the right to remove anyone not complying with the rules.
