PLEASE NOTICE - If you are registering to particpate for the first time at Fort Boonesborough State Park you will need to submit photos of yourself and others in your group in 18th century attire, and photos of your camp/store, trade blanket, and all equipment/camp furnishings. This will be a one-time request, and after your information is on file, only new/first time participants will be required to do so.
- This form will submit your information to management at Fort Boonesborough. You will still need to check in will still need to check in at the camp site at the Kentucky River when you arrive onsite and sign a waiver.
