Submissions will be reviewed as received, but note that admission is competitive. This questionnaire is the first step of the review process, which is followed by a meeting with program leader, Kabrella Clark, and the respective roundtable facilitator. Please submit online as soon as possible for the best opportunity to be accepted. Submission does not gaurantee a spot in a Roundtable.
