Chukar Challenge Registration Form

Point & Flush Sportsman Club Chukar Challenge
When: Feb. 28th thru March 9th.

Time: 8am—9:30am or 11am-12:30pm or 2pm—3:30pm. We have two slots per date per time available.

Where: Point & Flush Sportsman Club

4543 Oak Rd. Potosi, WI 53820

Entry Fee: $700 per team

Grand Prize: $2,000 cash

2nd Place: KUIU Upland Vests for each team member

3rd Place: Case of shotgun shells

Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to your time slot to allow time to fill out paperwork and pay entry fee.
Rules

1. Teams of up to 4 hunters

2. 30 Birds released per team 30 mins prior to start time

3. 1.5 hr time limit

4. Field will be randomly selected

5. Two dogs per team.

6. If needed, Dogs & Handler will be provided courtesy of Point & Flush Gun Dogs.

7. You must bring your own shotgun shells.

8. Most points win

         Non-banded = 1 point

         Blue banded = 2 points

         Green banded = 3 points

Black banded = 4 points

9. Tie-breaker will be determined with a clay shoot out. Each team will select one shooter. Best of 25 wins.
