    VENDOR BOOTH APPLICATION
  • Applications MUST be paid immediately in order to be accepted by Kiwanis. We only accept PayPal, allowing payment by card, bank draft or PayPal balance. We cannot accept checks or cash. 

  • If you do not require booth space because you are purchasing space directly from a merchant, you need to purchase a city permit. To apply and pay for the permit only, use the Vendor Permit Application available on the Vendor website page, strawberrycapital.com/vendors.

    The next item must be answered before your application can be completed.

  • The Oklahoma Sales Tax Commission requires one of three forms of identification:  (1) an Oklahoma Sales Tax permit number, (2) a Federal ID (EIN) Number, OR (3) a Social Security number.  This is required of ALL vendors, even commercial or non-profit exhibitors who are not selling anything as everyone is required to submit a form to the OTC.  If you had a vendor booth during the 2021, 2022 or 2023 Strawberry Festival, we have your identification number on file and you do not need to supply the information again.

  • Booth Space Information

    Booth Space includes Festival Day Permit.  Specific locations of booth sites are at the discretion of Stilwell Kiwanis

    Booth size:  Single - 10' x 10', Double - 10' x 20', Triple - 10' x 30' 

    with 4 feet between every other booth

  • Your booth space will be reserved after we have received BOTH your application AND payment. We accept ALL payments through PayPal only. After you have submitted this form, you will be redirected to the payment page. Upon arriving in Stilwell, check in at the Kiwanis Club tent on the north side of the Courthouse to be issued your festival permit and the location of your booth space. After the streets are closed at noon on Friday, May 10, you may begin setting up your booth. No setup is allowed before 12:00 noon on Friday, May 10.

    To complete your Vendor Application, place your order now by selecting the category and size of space you wish to reserve. Then, checkout and pay for your reservation. Only one reservation per order is allowed. You may certainly order more than one booth, but you must order each separately. Thank you.
