Charities to benefit: Acres of Hope, Lincoln Zebra's Sober Graduation, Hope Foster Family.

VENDOR APPLICATION
Vendor Applications are subject to approval of the Rods and Relics Car Club. Separate invoice will be sent to complete payment for approved vendors.

All vendors should have a valid Business License General Liability Insurance Coverage

Food vendors must also have a current Placer County Mobile Food License, & submit a copy with their application.

Please plan to set up before 7:30 AM (no exceptions). Show Time is 10 AM to 3 PM.

Parking for vendor’s cars and trailers will be provided

Gate opens at 6 AM

Vendors must provide their own canopy, table, power or other items they may need.
