1. Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward the total rental balance. In the event that Party Wheels BCS is unable to accommodate your requested party date, the retainer will be fully refunded. However, once your booking is confirmed and a confirmation email has been sent, the retainer becomes non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation by the renter.
The remaining balance of the rental fee is due in full at the time of delivery of the ride-on toy cars. Failure to pay the remaining balance at delivery may result in cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of the retainer.
By submitting the retainer, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. Package Options
You can choose between three fun, flexible package options for your event:
Package 1 – The “Drop & Drive” Package (Basic) – $400

We drop off six awesome Power Wheels at your location — ready for instant fun.

- Delivery 30 minutes before your scheduled event time
- Two (2) full hours of driving fun
- Perfect for smaller gatherings or when you already have adults available to supervise
Package 2 – Intro Party Package – $550
A great balance of convenience and support, ideal for birthday parties and family events.

- Six (6) Power Wheels ride‑on cars
- Two (2) hours of rental time
- Long‑lasting batteries for continuous play
- A dedicated on‑site attendant for technical support and questions
Package 3 – The “Grand Prix” Experience – $750
Our most exciting, immersive package — perfect for larger parties or kids who love a full racing adventure.
What’s Included:
- Ten (10) Power Wheels ride‑on cars
- Two (2) hours of rental time
- 100 road cones for building custom tracks and obstacle courses
- A set of realistic traffic signs for added fun and basic road‑safety learning
- A diverse selection of vehicles for a unique experience
- A dedicated on‑site attendant for technical support and questions
Supervision Requirement:
An attendant will be on-site to provide technical support and general assistance during your event. However, parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising all children and ensuring safe operation of the Power Wheels vehicles at all times. The on-site attendant does not replace the need for active parental supervision.
All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines and age/weight restrictions specified in the rental agreement and liability waiver.
3. Renter Responsibilities
Assumption of Liability:
The renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any and all damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or operation of the ride-on toy cars during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims resulting from the actions or omissions of the renter, their guests, or any minors under their supervision.
Supervision of Minors:
The renter is solely responsible for the continuous and direct supervision of all children and minors using the ride-on toy cars. The renter must ensure that all users comply with the safety guidelines, age restrictions (drivers: 4–10 years; riders: 2–10 years), and weight limitations (maximum 65 lbs per child) as outlined in this agreement and any accompanying materials.
Care and Return of Equipment:
The renter agrees to operate and maintain the ride-on toy cars in a safe and responsible manner. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are used only for their intended purpose and are not subjected to misuse, abuse, or negligent behavior. Upon completion of the rental period, the renter shall return all ride-on toy cars and any included accessories in the same good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Any damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges as determined by Party Wheels BCS.
4. Party Wheels BCS Responsibilities
Delivery and Pick-Up:
Party Wheels BCS will deliver the ride-on toy cars to the agreed-upon rental location at the scheduled time and will retrieve all equipment at the conclusion of the rental period. The renter is responsible for ensuring access to the location for both delivery and pick-up.
Condition of Equipment:
Party Wheels BCS will provide ride-on toy cars that are clean, fully charged, and in good working order at the time of delivery. A brief orientation on the safe operation and features of the vehicles will be provided upon drop-off, if requested.
Limitation of Liability for Property Damage:
Party Wheels BCS is not responsible or liable for any damage to the rental location or surrounding property resulting from the use or operation of the ride-on toy cars during the rental period. The renter assumes all responsibility for any such damages.
Limitation of Liability for Personal Injury:
Party Wheels BCS is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or fatalities that may occur to any participant, guest, or third party during the rental period, regardless of cause. The renter accepts full responsibility for the safe use and supervision of the ride-on toy cars while in their possession.
