CUSTOM COMMISION REQUEST
Details
Any submitted request is not a guaranteed commission slot. Custom commission pieces are subject to approval. Approved commisions require a 50% non refundable deposit before I will start on your piece. I will send updates through out the process. After final approval I will complete your piece and get it ready for shipping. Once a completion email has been SENT final payment including the rest of the purchase price as well as shipping costs will be due within 48 hrs. If payment is not received within the 48 hr time limit given you lose your deposit and the piece will be listed on my website for sale. Shipping is paid by the buyer- packages and shipped priority mail and are insured. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, however if issues arise please notify me and I can open a usps claim. If damage occurs please notify me within 24 hr.

Please list exactly what you are requesting include as much detail as possible include what size a style frame if you're requesting a frame (bubble glass, mcm shadow box) base style if requesting a globe (brass, wood), specimins you'd like bugs, bones ect, flower types and colors, extras such as crystals, tarot, mushrooms, velvet, etc. You can upload examples below.
