  • VENDOR RULES AND PROCEDURES

    *This year is a TICKETED event.  Vendor space includes your ticket.

     

    DEFINITION:  A “vendor” is any individual or company offering products or services.  More than 1 Vendor may share a booth, but each Vendor will have to pay the full booth fee and fill out a separate application. You cannot sell products for another vendor that is not attending. Violators will be removed and no refunds given.

     

    DATE:  Saturday, April 18th, 2026. Rain or Shine.

    TIME:   Event time is 11am – 9pm. Vendors may leave at 6pm.

    SET UP:  Set up time is 9am - 10:45am.  A Vendor Map with your location will be posted in the vendor group a few days prior to the event.

    ALL HEMP/CBD VENDORS are required to purchase a Liscense with the State of TN per New Regulations.  FIND License information HERE

    add $30 to be a Promotional Vendor (Limited space) Includes business name on the 2026 Event Tshirt, plus individual Vendor Spotlight on social media.

    After application review, if selected, you will be emailed an invoice. 

      

    PAYMENT DEADLINE:  Your booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received.  Once your application is approved, a link to pay your booth fee will be emailed to you. 

    Space is not guaranteed until this application is completed and Vendor payment is received. Once the event space is sold out, no further applications will be accepted.

    VENDOR GROUP:  You must join the Facebook Vendor Group.  This is where all event information is given. JOIN FACEBOOK GROUP 

     

    SOCIAL MEDIA SHARE/INVITE: We ask that you SHARE and INVITE your friends from Facebook.  This will promote the event widely so that everyone will have a successful sales day.  This event is about supporting Legalization and breaking the Stigma surrounding Hemp and Cannabis. 

    *If you are afraid of what your Social Media friends will think, this is probably not the event for you. Please show support for the Industry; Share and Invite.

     

    AGREEMENT: “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/420 Hemp Festival” 2026 will provide a space measuring 10x10 or 10x20 for the purpose of vendors’ use during the event. You may use a tent as long as it fits into a 10x10 or 10x20 space. Vendor will supply tent,  tables and chairs, electricity is available and in select locations. Vendor’s are encouraged to be creative with the style of your booth.

    *Food Trucks spaces are not limited to 10x10, please state the length of your set up in the FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ONLY section.  Food permits per regulations are required, contact The City of Jackson if you have questions.

     

    PROPRIETARY:  All merchandise and images related to “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/420 Hemp Festival/Cannabis Festival” are proprietary and cannot be copied or sold.

     

    NON HEMP VENDOR TERMS:

     (1) All Hemp Festival vendors must adhere to the Terms of the show:

    -     All Vendors are responsible for the correct permits where required. Contact The City of Jackson if you have questions.

    -       All Vendors will clean their space before they leave.  If trash is left in your booth space, you agree to a $100 trash removal fee.

    -       Only official vendors are allowed to sell products/services, pass out flyers or advertise their business.

    - VISUAL PERFORMING ARTISTS - Check in at the Dragonfly booth.  You will not have an assigned area, and can perform in any open area, at any time.  You can not perform directly in front of the stage or on the sides of the stage. Be mindful of all Patrons. Do not block Vendor booths.

    -       No proprietary products or images of “Jackson TN Hemp Festival/Hemp Festival/Cannabis Festival” may be copied or sold. 

    -       NO TRASH TALK about other vendors.  We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.  You will be removed from the event and banned from all future events permantly. 

    -       No one is allowed to breakdown before 6pm or leave early. This can result in you not being allowed to vend in future events. NOTE: Prom is usually this weekend.

    If you see any violations occur, please report to the Event Coordinator; the Vendor will be removed, and banned from all future events. No refunds will be given if you are asked to close for improper / illegal sales or violating the Guidelines of the show. 

     

    (2)            Jackson TN Hemp Fest participants are required to AGREE to the VENDOR RULES AND PROEDURES and the WAIVER & AGREEMENT form along with their application.  By checking I AGREE for the Vendor application and making payment for the booth space, Vendor acknowledges they have read the Vendor Application and the Wavier & Agreement form, and agree to terms. 

     

    (3)           If the Vendor desires to cancel, or does not arrive for the event, no refund will be given.  If the event is canceled by the Event Coordinator, for reasons other than Act of Nature, refunds will be given for base vendor fees.      (4)           Jackson TN Hemp Festival reserves the right to exclude any request for space without explanation.                                                                                                                                      

  • HEMP VENDOR RULES AND PROCEDURES

     

    HEMP VENDOR TERMS:

     (1) In addition the the non-Hemp Vendor terms, HEMP VENDORS understand and agree to:

    -       Hemp/CBD Vendor spaces will be a HIGHLY SELECTIVE process.  There will be a Verification and Documentation process.  Per State Law, all Hemp businesses will require a retail space permit from TDA for Legacy Liceses, or TABC for 2026 licenses.

    The current processing time is 8 to 10 weeks.  If you have additional questions, email hdc.inspection@tn.gov

    - Hemp/CBD Vendors must provide a copy of their Retail License to JacksonTNHempFestival@yahoo.com, AND keep a copy in their booth. 

    -       NO Illegal products allowed. All Hemp/CBD products MUST be 0.3% or less thc.

    -     PER STATE HEMP RULES AND REULATIONS NO ONE UNDER 21 CAN HELP IN YOUR BOOTH.

    -       Hemp/CBD products MUST be labeled correctly, have a COA, and in originial packaging, whether for sale or personal use.  

    - FLOWER MUST be labeled correctly, have FULL PANEL COA, have a PRINTED COPY of full panel COA in their booth, and in original packaging, whether for sale or personal use. 

    - Hemp/CBD Vendors will submit FLOWER COA Panels to JacksonTNHempFestival@yahoo.com prior to the event for approval.

    - If you are NOT a LEGACY LICENSE holder, you MUST abide by the 2026 TABC Rules for Packaging and MG.  Max limit is 15mg per serving, 300mg per package. 2026 Licenses CANNOT sell flower.

    -       Hemp/CBD vendors CANNOT hand out free samples.

    -       Hemp/CBD vendors MUST card ALL customers.

    -       Hemp/CBD vendors MUST have a "We Card" or "21+" sign or similar.

    - Hemp/CBD vendors must have a barrier at their booth to keep customers separated from products.  Attendees under 21 are NOT allowed to stand in line at the booth.

    -       Hemp/CBD vendors CANNOT sell smokable products or edibles that are purchased for anyone under 21. 

    -       Only official vendors are allowed to sell products/services, pass out flyers or advertise their business.

    WAIVER & AGREEMENT

     

    RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

     

    IN CONSIDERATION FOR PARTICIPATING IN JACKSON TN HEMP FESTIVAL 2026 (also referred to as “HEMP FEST” or “SHOW”), WHICH IS SPONSORED BY DRAGONFLY HEMP COMPANY, OTHER SPONSORS, and THE CITY OF JACKSON (also referred to as the "Sponsor Group"). I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE   TO HOLD HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL PURPOSES, the Sponsor Group FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITY, OR WHILE ON THE PREMISES THAT IS OWNED, LEASED, OR CONTROLLED BY DRAGONFLY HEMP COMPANY and THE CITY OF JACKSON. INCLUDING TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE SHOW’S ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING INJURIES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF SPONSOR GROUP, ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

     

    VENDOR (also known as “Exhibitor”) AGREES THAT THEY ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THEIR PROPERTY WHILE THE SAME IS IN TRANSIT TO OR FROM THE SHOW, OR WHILE EXHIBITOR’s PROPERTY IS AT THE SHOW.  EXHIBITOR AGREES THAT WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE SPACE(S) CONTRACTED FOR BY THE EXHIBITOR, THE SPONSOR GROUP SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERTY LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY BODILY INJURY TO THE EXHIBITOR OR EXHIBITOR’S EMPLOYEES, GUESTS, VISITORS, OR ANIMALS.  EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING APPROPRIATE INSURANCE POLICY IF THEY DESIRE INSURED COVERAGE.

     

    EXHIBITOR AGREES THAT IT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ITS EMPLOYEE(S) OR VOLUNTEER(S) WHILE AT THE SHOW AND THAT EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND LOCAL ORDINANCES, INCLUDING CURRENT HEMP LAWS APPLICABLE TO EXHIBITOR AND/OR ITS BOOTH PRODUCTS WHILE AT THE SHOW.

     

    EXHIBITOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL CAUSED BY EXHIBITOR OR EXHIBITOR’S EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES.  EXHIBITOR SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND EMPLOYEES AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, SUITS, DEMANDS, PROCEEDINGS COSTS, DAMAGES, AND LIABILITIES; ARISING OUT OF, CONNECTED WITH, OR RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OR OMISSION BY EXHIBITOR OR ANY EXHIBITOR EMPLOYEES, GUESTS, VISITORS, OR ANIMALS, or REPRESENTATIVE OF EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATING IN THE SHOW.

     

    EXHIBITOR AGREES TO WAIVE ALL LITIGATION RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.

     

    By checking I AGREE, I have read and voluntarily agreed to the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, and further agree that no oral representation, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing agreement that has been reduced to writing have been made.
