Code of Conduct:
- I will respect and support my coach and club officials
- I will demonstrate self discipline at all times
- I will never use aggressive behaviour or abusive language
- I will accept responsibility for my actions
- I will attend every training session and match, but if I am not available I will personally contact my coach
- I will support club fundraising activities
- I will attend GNC and GFC social events when possible
- I will attend the Season Launch and End of Season Presentation Night
- I will wear the correct uniform at all times
- I will deal with any dispute or grievance in writing to the committee
- I will represent the club with pride and good sportsmanship
- I will pay all fees by the date specified unless arranged otherwise with the committee
Refund Policy:
- I understand that no refunds will be granted after the completion of round 6 of the NFNL season in the event of an injury or the player choosing to leave the club. Any player that chooses to leave the club before the completion of round 6, may be entitled to a refund of fees paid to a maximum of games not played from rounds 7 to the end of season at a rate of $10 per game.
Legal Disclaimer:
- I understand that the club may provide my personal information to the Northern Football Netball League, Netball Victoria or Netball Australia.
- I understand that any images/photographs/video of me are being taken and used for Club purposes. This includes, but not limited to, website and social media promotions.
Medical Indeminty:
- I hereby consent to the provision of the above medical information to Greensborough Football Netball Club records and to use in the event of an injury, illness or emergency, if required.
- I agree to accept responsibility for all costs associated with ambulance transport, should it be deemed necessary by Club Officials to call an ambulance on my behalf in the event of an injury.
