Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are currently employed in a veterinary practice in Australia currently enrolled as a veterinary nurse or technologist student in an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) as of the date of entry and:

-aged 18 years of age and over. 

3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:-

a) visit https://sp.hillsvna.com and 

watch the the Hill’s Veterinary Academy 12 minute  Puppy Nutritional Truths video and 

complete the quiz within the promotional period and

download your certificate of completion; and  

b) fully complete the online entry form, including  full name, address, email address, telephone number, place of study, preferred scrub top size and
upload your certificate of completion for the video and quiz detailed above within the promotional period.

5. The promotion commences at 26th February at 13.01 AEST on and closes at 23.59 AEST on 30/06/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The draw will take place at 13:00 AEST on 08/07/2025 at Level 29, 420 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.  The first ten valid entries randomly drawn will receive a Hill’s Hamper prize pack (valued each at $100 RRP).

6. Hill’s Hamper prize pack is inclusive of a Hill’s Scrub top and Hill’s branded products at the value of $100AUD.  Total RRP of prizes = $1,000.00 AUD. 

7. Each Hill’s Hamper prize pack inclusions is subject to availability, therefore, items within each Hamper may not be the same.
Prizes will be emailed directly to the winners within 30 days after the winner provides their information.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

8. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.

9. Winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw.

10. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 26/07/2025 at the same time and place as the first draw(s) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the second chance draw.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, current enrolment at a RTO, employment status, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

13. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion and to send Entrants marketing messages. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further notice, reference or payment to the entrant.
