6th Hong Kong Penmanship Competition - Application Form
報名流程

1）支付報名費：Payme/Alipay/轉數快/銀行轉帳（如欲申請評語）；

2) 在收據上/備註上，填上寫「書法、參賽者中英文姓名、聯絡電話」，上傳到表格內；

3）填妥此表格；

4）請自行下載本會提供的書寫表書寫，掃描或拍攝完成後作品；

5）參賽敬請在2025年3月24日或之前提交；

6）報名後，請留意電子郵箱將會有確認電郵通知（如未收到請查看傳宣/垃圾郵箱）；

*所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。

Enrolment

1) Pay the application fee through Payme/Alipay/FPS/bank transfer.

2) Please put down "Penmanship, both Chinese and English names of applicant and the contact number" on the receipt or in the remarks, and upload it onto this application form.

3) Complete this application form.

4) Please download the penmanship paper provided by the Association for the entry. scan or take photo of your piece after finiehed.

5) Submit the entries to the entry submission form on or before 24th Mar 2025.

6) Confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. (Please check your spam / junk mail folder if not received)

Please double-check all personal information and payment details before submission. If the results of competition or prizes are unable to be delivered due to incorrect information provided by participants, the Association shall bear no responsibility.

檔案文件名必須儲存為「組別編號_參賽者英文姓名_作品名稱.jpg」

File names of the entries should be saved in the following format "Division No._English Full Name_title.jpg".

機構(五名或以上)的參賽者報名，參賽作品須上載至Google雲端，再提交連結至作品提交表格中，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。

請下載團體EXCEL表格，填受後再上傳。
