TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING. *The customer is required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $575 for each adult named in the reservation. By making payment of this deposit or full payment, you (the customer) are accepting The Re Wilding Experience ‘NEXT JOURNEY' Terms and Conditions.*If you choose to pay by Payment Plan you agree to signing up to our payment plan option EZYPAY and making FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENTS OF $100 per person to complete your payment. *In the event of cancellation by you, the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees apply:~Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund~Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation between 4 to 6 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation between 6 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 75% refund not including the deposit~Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund not including the deposit~We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled retreats and shall inform you as soon as possible. You (the customer) may transfer your full payment to another retreat/camp date within a 12 month period, pending availability or receive a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel bookings, accommodation or airfares. We reserve the right to change the Retreat/Camp location due to unforeseen issues. If any essential information changes, you (the customer) will be informed as soon as possible.
