Vocal Championships

▪ Championship competitors must compete in at least 2 other sections on their chosen song.▪ Time limits must be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.▪ The programme must consist of 2 contrasting Songs of different genre and period, ownchoice but excluding popular, theme or jazz.

Instrumental and Pianoforte Championships

Championship competitors must compete in at least 2 other sections on their choseninstrument. Time limits must be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.The programme must consist of 2 contrasting pieces of different genre and period, own choicebut excluding popular, theme or jazz. Championships will only be awarded if: Three (3) or morecompetitors compete OR at the Adjudicators discretion.Both pieces must be performed on the same instrument. Repertoire must show knowledge ofthe genre. Credit given for choice and age appropriateness

Speech Championships

Two pieces own choice a verse (from memory) & a reading not previously performed by you at thisEisteddfod. To qualify competitors must have competed in a verse section AND a reading section priorto the Championship.

Solo/Duo/Trio/Quartet Entry Fees (including $5 administration fee for insurances, copyright and administration expenses plus 2.2% for transaction processing fees)
