Welcome to the Boundless Life Application Process! Whether you're a new or returning family, we're excited to support you through the next steps.

📌 Important: At the beginning of the form, you’ll be asked whether this is your first time with Boundless Life. Your answer helps us show only the questions and documents relevant to your journey—so please answer carefully.

💡 Before you start: To avoid delays or rejection, please prepare all the required documents before submitting your application. If you’re missing any files, you can save your progress and return later.

🚫 Applications submitted without all required documents will be marked as incomplete and rejected by our team. We won’t be able to review or approve them until everything is uploaded.

For new Boundless Families - What you’ll need:

• For children under 5: No documents needed unless a childcare report is available.
• For children 5 and above: Upload at least two of the following:
  • Recent learning record (preferably within the last year) or any academic reports (within the past 3 years).
  • Letter of recommendation (educator, tutor, or activity leader - cannot be a family member). Please request your recommenders to download the letter(s) of recommendation and send them to you directly. Once received, you can then upload the letter(s) into your application prior to submission.   • Work Sample:
    • Ages 5-7: A drawing of your family on vacation and label it with names.
    • Ages 8+: A short description of their idea of the perfect family vacation. Handwriting is mandatory; typed submissions will not be accepted.

Instructions for filling out the Admissions Form

• Double-Check Your Information:
  • Ensure all the data you enter is accurate before moving forward.
• Navigating the Form:
  • After completing all the required fields in a section, click Next to proceed.
  • You can return to previous sections and edit your responses by clicking Back.
• Saving Your Progress:
  • You can save your progress at any time by clicking Save.
  • You will receive an email with a link to resume your application.
  • Important: Use the same link to continue, as starting a new session will overwrite your progress.
• Submitting the Form:
  • On the last page, click Submit to finalize your application.
  • Important: Once submitted, it will not be possible to edit your responses.
    
• After Submission:
  • Upon submission, you will see a confirmation page. 
  • You will also receive an email with a summary of your responses and an edit link.
    
    • Please note: this link is intended only for exceptional cases where you need to upload new or updated documents after submission. It should not be used to submit incomplete applications in stages.

   • For children aged 5-7: Have them draw or illustrate a family portrait of your family on vacation and label it with names such as "Mom," "Dad," and/or their own name.
   • For children aged 8 and above: Please have your child write a short description of their idea of the perfect family vacation. Handwriting is mandatory; typed submissions will not be accepted.
     • Word Count Guidelines: Ages 8–9: 20–50 words // Ages 10–15: 50–100 word
