Property Information Questionnaire
  • Property Information Pack - Introduction for sellers

To be completed by ONE legal owner only
  • As part of recent changes introduced by National Trading Standards, it is now a legal requirement to provide key property information to buyers. This ensures greater transparency and allows buyers to make informed decisions before proceeding with a purchase.

To meet this requirement, we have created this Property Information Pack for you to complete. The information you provide will be compiled into a professional PDF report, which will be available to buyers upon request.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please ensure your answers are:

Accurate and detailed: Double-check your responses for correctness, however if you are unsure please state this.

Clear and well-formatted: Write in a way that is easy for buyers to read and understand, avoiding jargon, slang or overly technical language where possible. Please ensure it is written in a professional format suitable for buyers to read.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this. Your attention to detail will help us present your property to buyers in the best possible way.
