Saving Belladonna Cat Application

  • Adoption Application

    Fill out our adoption application and then someone from our adoptions team will reach out to you! We do require a virtual home check for all adoptions. You must be at least 25 years old to apply. Adoption Costs: Our fee is $225 for a cat or kitten and $425 for a pair. Kittens under 6 months old will be adopted out in pairs or to home with a current resident cat. Senior or Special Need Cats: When thinking about adopting a cat, don’t automatically rule out senior or special needs cats. These animals have a lower chance of being adopted over a fluffy kitten, but they are just as deserving of a loving home. You will be made aware of any medical or special needs so that you have the ability to consider if it is something that your family can take on. Outdoor Policy: INDOOR ONLY- This strictly means the cats may only stay indoors unless we have approved an enclosed catios, leash walking, or in a secure pet stroller.

    - Kittens become adoptable at about 8-10 weeks old. Kittens can go to their forever homes at about 11-12 weeks old. · - Kittens under 6 months old MUST go to a home with a sibling or mom. Otherwise there must be another young/playful resident cat at home – this is non-negotiable.

  • Domestic cats can live up to 20 years - or even more! Are you willing to accept the responsibility of providing all basic necessities - food, water, shelter, attention, love, security, playtime, and medical care - for this cat's ENTIRE life?*
  • It can cost between $500 - $2,500 a year to care for a cat, sometimes more, depending on your cat's needs. Are you able to afford this cat's care?*
