Food Truck Flavor Fiesta Application

The Food Truck Flavor Fiesta is an event at Brown & Brown Farms which allows visitors to sample and purchase AUTHENTIC food, with genuine ingredients, from different cultures and countries from around the world. Think of the event as a food truck version of Epcot on the farm! We are currently looking for food trucks with genuine recipes and food from different areas of the world who can amaze guests with their flavors and creations! Again, the food offered must be as genuine as possible to make the event a success. We will also allow interesting dessert and drinks trucks/vendors. The first (and possibly the second) events (3/29, 6/21) will be free of charge while we build a crowd/following, a food truck fee will then be determined after that.

Thank you for submitting your details, successful application depends on the authenticity of your food and competition for your food type (for example, more American food trucks will be applying than Korean food trucks).

The fees will be applied after the first 1-2 events, dependent on the success of turnout.

Arrival time at this event will be from 9am and food trucks must be ready to go by 10:30am
