• Rules/Q&A: 9:00 AM Day of the Meet; Meet Starts at 10:00 AM

AWARDS & RULES:
• Sanctioned by the APO. Must have proof of membership at Weigh-In. No memberships will be sold at the meet.

• Any tested APO lifter can be subjected to a drug urinalysis test after completing competition

A one piece lifting suit/singlet is required along with knee-high deadlift socks

Best Lifter Awards will be determined by Glossbrenner throughout all Divisions and Categories.

• Bars that will be used are 30kg (66lbs) Texas Monster Squat Bar, 25kg (55lbs) Texas Bench Bar, and 20kg (45lbs) Texas Deadlift Bar
• Monolift and Bench are manufactured by EliteFTS
• No world records can be broken in this meet
• 4th attempts will not be allowed for records
