APPLICATION PROCESS
Vendors interested in participating in the Mayberry Food Truck Fest are required to complete and submit this application, including all necessary attachments, to be considered. Once submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their application.
Please note:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendors must apply each year; acceptance in prior years does not guarantee a spot in future events.
- Applicants who are not initially accepted will be placed on our waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.
- Vendors who are accepted will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to submit payment online. Payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving this email to secure your spot.
TIMELINE
Application Deadline: Friday, February 7, 2025
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.
Notification of Status: By Friday, February 14, 2025
All applicants will be informed of their application status via email.
Payment Deadline: Friday, February 21, 2025
Accepted vendors must complete payment by this date to confirm their participation.
