    The Residency Fair will take place during the 2026 ACOEP Spring Seminar on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Loews Portofino in Orlando, FL.

    This spring fair features two parts for optimal engagement:

    • Residency Speed Dating: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
    • Open Tabling: 3:00 – 5:00 PM

    The ACOEP-RSO invites your program to participate in this exciting opportunity to connect directly with passionate medical students preparing to enter Emergency Medicine. The cost to reserve a table is $300, payable by check or credit card.

  • Each program registration includes two complimentary attendees with full access to the ACOEP Spring Seminar. These may be physicians, associates, or residents. Additional attendees must register separately.

    The attendees listed below will be added to our registration list prior to the conference so that badges are prepared for pickup at onsite registration.

  • Residency Expo

    Residency Expo – Meet with potential students and residents from all over the country. Students visit program booths and have the opportunity to ask questions about those programs at the event.
