    Why
The purpose of P&P is to delve into the Y as an organization, and to connect with others across the movement. Requiring a centralized review allows the association to be intentional with the number of YCO folks attending each session, to ensure that we are not saturated in representation and giving YCO staff an opportunity to expand their Y network and resources.

A centralized process after performance evaluations allows all parties to be on the same page regarding the next steps on their Cause Driven Leadership journey. The point system creates a standard that can be replicated year after year, while allowing an opportunity for folks to submit for special consideration. The Application Form allows for eligible staff to communicate their goals and tenure with the association/movement to be considered along with their progress in their certification journey; and also always allows for staff to request special consideration.

    About Principles & Practices
